Real world Security officer training

To whom this may concern:

My name is Douglas Tatum I am currently still serving in the United States Army. I attended the Houston Harris Security Academy during the week of August 13, 2015. I am interested in getting certifications to get a PPO as well as Private Investigators certification. In class I had an Instructor that stood out among the rest, his name was Mr.Traylor . The level he was instructing the class on the curriculum was at the level we teach in our Military format. He was very thorough with his examples of what he was teaching, hands on ability during demonstrations were exemplary. His knowledge of weapon systems handling and operations were spot on .He showed us demonstrations with individuals in the class so they understood what verbiage he was teaching as well as how it would look in real life situations.  I felt he was very confident in what he was teaching. I would like to come back and take more classes and receive training by Mr. Traylor. I want to add I have been thru over a hundred different training sessions with other instructors in my military career.  I really wanted to share this, because these kinds of individuals are very hard to come by that have been trained and certified at the highest level and he has accomplished a lot viewing his credentials and hands on skill set . I will be scheduling my next class with him to go forward to get my PPO certification.. Thanks again.

Mr. Traylor,On behalf of Captain Jackson and all the Lee College security officers who participated in your two day self-defense and tactical weapons training last weekend, I want thank you and Mrs. Traylor for an amazingly fun and very productive experience. The training, in all aspects, far exceeded our expectations. Your knowledge, professionalism, and instructional methods were highly impressive. We have trained with other tactical weapons instructors that were good, but were no more than a warm-up for you. Mr.Traylor,Thanks for training the State Tactical Team Alpha 7 !  Our group was very impressed with your professionalism. We all felt like we learned years of training in a one week class! You are, by far the most aware, cautious, and technically proficient shooter and coach I have ever seen. You have the right mixture of patience, an outstanding attitude and the ability to communicate exceptionally well both in the classroom and out in the field.  And we all agreed that we will be receiving more training for you in the near future....Thanks!!

Smith Protective Services Inc Has used the Training services of Mr. Traylor on two occasions. He has superior Knowledge in Defense and fighting techniques. The Self defense classes he taught our officers were eight hours in length and he kept us engaged and attentive the entire course. I would highly recommend Dark Gift Combat / Mr.Traylor for any Security company or Law Enforcement agency who would like to further enhance their skill and knowledge.

Just wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the Level III Training I have just received at the instruction of Mr.Traylor.  In a word:  Excellent!  It was indeed much more than I expected for the money.  Mr Traylor did an exceptional job and always gave 150%!

The defense training taught me things such as how to defend myself against knife attacks and how to keep an attacker from taking my weapon which I certainly did not know coming into the class.  How to enter a an urban space and "cut the pie" was most enlightening.  The training was awesome and I would recommend it to anyone!
